What these technologies do
Cookies are small browser records. Similar storage and scripts can remember preferences, support secure website functions and measure site usage. Some are needed to run the site; optional statistics or marketing technologies require your choice where applicable law requires consent.
Necessary preferences and administration
Complianz stores your consent choices, the policy version and whether its banner has been dismissed. Its preference storage is configured for up to 365 days, unless you delete it or a material policy change requires a new choice. Necessary preference storage is used even if you deny optional categories.
- cmplz_banner-status: remembers whether the consent banner has been dismissed.
- cmplz_policy_id: records the consent-policy version.
- cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics and cmplz_marketing: record category choices; a category-choice record does not itself mean an advertising cookie is running.
- WordPress administrator login can use wordpress_test_cookie and wordpress_logged_in_* / wordpress_sec_* for cookie testing and secure authentication. These relate to administration; browsing the service catalogue does not require a customer account.
Optional statistics and marketing
The site retains a Jetpack statistics integration. Where statistics technologies require consent, the Complianz integration is configured to hold them until you allow the statistics category. We use usage information to understand and improve the website, rather than to guarantee marketing results.
The banner also offers a marketing category for optional advertising or embedded-service tracking. We do not embed WhatsApp conversations on these pages: its buttons are ordinary external links. Pinterest store tracking has been disabled as part of the service-catalogue redesign. New optional tracking must be reviewed and described before it is enabled.
Third-party technologies can have their own records and retention rules. Contact us for details relevant to any enabled optional service. Cookie usage can vary with your login status, choices and the feature you use.
Accept, deny or choose
Accept allows the optional categories shown in the banner. Deny keeps necessary functions and refuses optional categories. View preferences lets you choose categories before saving. Denial does not prevent you from viewing our service prices or contacting us. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals through the consent configuration.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the controls below or the Manage consent tab to revisit your choice. Withdrawal affects future consent-based processing. You can also delete cookies or block them through your browser settings; deleting preferences may cause the banner to appear again. Blocking necessary records can affect administration or saved preferences.
