1. Who provides the services

2. Requests, quotes and order confirmation
The website is a service catalogue, not an online checkout. A WhatsApp message or quote request does not create a contract or payment obligation. Before an order, we provide a written proposal stating the deliverables, exclusions, total price, any applicable taxes, revision rounds, payment schedule and estimated delivery. The order starts after both parties accept the proposal in writing and any agreed initial payment is received. The accepted proposal prevails over these general terms for project-specific details, without limiting mandatory rights.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR). “From” prices cover the published package scope and may increase for additional requirements. Domains, hosting, premium software, third-party licences, paid images and advertising spend are excluded unless stated in the proposal. Additional work or costs require written approval. Payment is made only using the instructions on the company invoice. Do not send card details, passwords or security codes through WhatsApp or email. Monthly campaign management renews manually; no automatic recurring charge is authorised by this website.
4. Delivery and revisions
We deliver digitally by email, download link or agreed website handover. Estimates begin when the agreed payment and complete materials are received. Delays caused by missing content, unavailable access, late feedback or third-party problems may require a revised timeline, which we communicate in writing. Each package lists its revision allowance. Revisions refine the agreed brief; extra pages, new concepts after approval or changed requirements need a separate quote. We do not treat silence as approval.
5. Your responsibilities and lawful use
You must have the right to use all supplied text, images, logos and other materials, and provide accurate instructions. Access must be supplied through an appropriate secure channel. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business claims, products, campaigns and website content. We may decline unlawful, deceptive or infringing work. Any cancellation is handled under the refund policy, including a refund of unearned amounts.
6. Ownership and third-party materials
After full payment, ownership of original final work created specifically for your project transfers to you to the extent legally transferable. Included source files and formats are defined in the proposal. Pre-existing tools, templates, fonts, plugins, stock assets and platform code retain their existing ownership and licence terms. We identify material licence restrictions at handover. Unselected concepts and internal working files are excluded unless agreed. We use client work in a portfolio only with permission.
Marketing and lead generation
Campaigns run in client-owned advertising accounts with agreed budgets. Advertising spend is paid separately to the platform unless the proposal says otherwise. We do not sell purchased leads or scraped personal-data lists. Client-supplied audiences must have a lawful basis, and any lead form or tracking requiring consent must be configured before launch. Ad platform reviews and commercial results are outside our control.
7. Service limitations
We commit to the agreed deliverables and reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee sales, leads, advertising approval, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party platforms or approval by a bank or payment provider. Issues with agreed deliverables should be reported so we can investigate and propose a proportionate remedy. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Cancellation, complaints and confidentiality
You may request cancellation or raise a complaint through book@elwardy.com or WhatsApp, quoting your order reference. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how completed work and unused payments are handled. Each party must protect the other’s confidential project information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to authorised service providers. 9. Governing law and updates
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Montana, United States, subject to all mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. We first seek to resolve disputes through direct written discussion. Changes apply prospectively to new orders. We do not change accepted project terms retrospectively without agreement.
