EL WARDY LLC provides digital design and development services including but not limited to:

- • Brand identity and logo design
- • SEO optimization services
- • Print design and marketing materials
- • Digital marketing services
Payment Terms
Pricing and Payment
- • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
- • Payment is required before project commencement
- • We accept major credit cards and online payment methods
- • Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days

Intellectual Property
Client Materials
The client warrants that any materials provided (logos, images, text, etc.) do not infringe upon any third-party rights and grants EL WARDY LLC the right to use these materials for project purposes.
Delivery and Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final delivered work. Source files and working files remain the property of EL WARDY LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Portfolio Rights
EL WARDY LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Project Process
Communication
All project communication should be conducted through official channels (email, project management tools).
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback speed and project complexity.
Revisions
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Approval
Client approval at each project stage is required to proceed to the next phase.
Client Responsibilities
Timely Feedback
The client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure project progress. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
Content Provision
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials in the required formats and within agreed timelines.
Accuracy of Information
The client warrants that all provided information is accurate and has the right to use any submitted materials.
Limitations of Liability
Service Limitations
EL WARDY LLC's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or technologies recommended or integrated as part of our services.
Business Decisions
EL WARDY LLC is not liable for business decisions made by the client based on our designs or recommendations.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, design concepts, and technical information.
Termination
Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Suspension of Services
EL WARDY LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EL WARDY LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
EL WARDY LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
